In agreement with EASR & IAHR Boards (past and present), here is an extension of deadlines for our reunion in Bucharest next September:

Open panels: 15 February, notification and public announcement of the open panels list: 23 February, abstracts due 31 March.

Closed panels: 1 March, notification 31 March.

Individual papers (all outside open panels): 1 March, notification 31 March.

PhD workshops: 1 March, notification 15 March.

Roundtables/Book discussions: 1 March, notification 15 March.

Film: 31 March, notification 15 April.

Exhibitors: dates unchanged.
