With deep sorrow, CESNUR announces that its Deputy Director, PierLuigi Zoccatelli, died today in Turin. He had a cardiac arrest on Friday May 17 and, despite emergency surgery, never recovered.
In more than one way, PierLuigi “was” CESNUR. He was the main organizer of the yearly conferences and took care of “The Journal of CESNUR.” He was also a fine scholar in his own merits and an exceptional family man, friend, and compassionate human being.
